2,700 registered bed nights

In September 2020, 2,700 registered bed nights were recorded in Ånge (-24.4 %), of which 2,300 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 340 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 20 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 44 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 24 percent from last year's September.

350 rooms (-7.3 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 850 rooms (-34.9 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 26,100 registered bed nights (-18.1 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 3,300 (-59.8 %) for foreigners in Ånge, in total 29,400 (-26.6 %) registered nights.

Total of 3.1 million registered bed nights (-30.6 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.7 million nights (-19.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 441,000 nights (-61.9 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Ånge out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.

1,200 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 22 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 89.0 percent were domestic, and 11.0 percent were from foreign countries.

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Ånge on average 2.1 nights (+0.03) and foreigners 2.5 nights (-0.77).
