52,900 registered bed nights

In July 2020, 52,900 registered bed nights were recorded in Ängelholm (-9.8 %), of which 51,900 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 1,000 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased one percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 83 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 10 percent from last year's July.

9,900 rooms (-4.7 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 990 rooms (-47.1 %) by business visitors.

Between January and July, 105,000 registered bed nights (-16.3 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 4,100 (-78.6 %) for foreigners in Ängelholm, in total 109,000 (-24.5 %) registered nights.

Length of stay increased 22 percent in registered accommodation

Length of stay in registered accommodation increased 22 percent compared to earlier year. In Ängelholm, length of stay in July was on average 4.6 nights and in Sweden 2.4 nights (-0.2 %).

During July, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Ängelholm on average 4.6 nights (+22.5 %) and foreigners 2.5 nights (-15.5 %).

11,600 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 26 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 96.4 percent were domestic, and 3.6 percent were from foreign countries.
