Registered bed nights increased 24 percent (October)
In October 2021, 3,600 registered bed nights were recorded in Årjäng (+23.6 %), of which 1,500 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 2,100 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 28 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 160 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 24 percent from last year's October.
Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Norway (2,000 nights).
490 rooms (+27.2 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 400 rooms (-25.5 %) by business visitors.

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 65 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 44.5 percent were domestic, and 55.5 percent were from foreign countries.
During October, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Årjäng on average 1.8 nights (-0.5) and foreigners 2.0 nights (-1.6).
