In September 2018, 6,100 registered bed nights were recorded in Årjäng (-25.3 %), of which 3,200 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 3,000 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 28 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 22 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 25 percent from last year's September.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Norway (2,600 nights).

570 rooms (-42.9 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 640 rooms (-4.3 %) by business visitors.

Length of stay in registered accommodation decreased 46 percent compared to earlier year. In Årjäng, length of stay in September was on average 1.8 nights and in Sweden 1.9 nights (+0.8 %).

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Årjäng on average 1.6 nights and foreigners 2.1 nights .
