Registered bed nights increased 66 percent
In August 2022, 73,200 registered bed nights were recorded in Asker And Bærum (+66.1 %), of which 59,300 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 13,900 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 52 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 178 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 66 percent from last year's August.
30,500 nights (+278.8 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 12,000 nights (+35.8 %) by business visitors.
Between January and August, 318,000 registered bed nights (+82.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 61,700 (+505.2 %) for foreigners in Asker And Bærum, in total 380,000 (+106.0 %) registered nights.

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 87 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 75.2 percent were domestic, and 24.8 percent were from foreign countries.
During August, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Asker And Bærum on average 2.5 nights (-0.15) and foreigners 1.8 nights (-0.6).
