Registered bed nights increased 12 percent
In September 2021, 4,100 registered bed nights were recorded in Askersund (+12.4 %), of which 4,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 131 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 11 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 70 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 12 percent from last year's September.
Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (50 nights).
570 rooms (-28.6 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,500 rooms (+11.2 %) by business visitors.
Between January and September, 83,700 registered bed nights (+1.2 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 1,900 (+206.3 %) for foreigners in Askersund, in total 85,600 (+2.7 %) registered nights.
