Paid bed nights

Registered bed nights increased seven percent

In September 2019, 3,400 registered bed nights were recorded in Askersund (+7.5 %), of which 3,300 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 133 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased eight percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased seven percent. In total, registered bed nights increased seven percent from last year's September.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from France (26 nights).

600 rooms (-16.8 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,400 rooms (+15.9 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 71,700 registered bed nights (+3.1 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 6,800 (+22.1 %) for foreigners in Askersund, in total 78,500 (+4.5 %) registered nights.
