Registered bed nights increased 13 percent
In March 2021, 1,400 registered bed nights were recorded in Askersund (+12.9 %), of which 1,400 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 63 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 10 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 142 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 13 percent from last year's March.
Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (31 nights).
230 rooms (-26.4 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 820 rooms (+17.5 %) by business visitors.
Between January and March, 3,800 registered bed nights (-23.2 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 182 (+1.7 %) for foreigners in Askersund, in total 4,000 (-22.3 %) registered nights.
