Registered bed nights increased 19 percent

In May 2021, 9,500 registered bed nights were recorded in Askersund (+19.2 %), of which 9,500 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 31 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 19 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 82 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 19 percent from last year's May.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (15 nights).

400 rooms (+0.3 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,200 rooms (+37.4 %) by business visitors.

Between January and May, 15,100 registered bed nights (+9.1 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 260 (+24.4 %) for foreigners in Askersund, in total 15,400 (+9.4 %) registered nights.
