2,200 registered bed nights

In September 2020, 2,200 registered bed nights were recorded in Åtvidaberg (-27.0 %), of which 1,900 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 280 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 27 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 28 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 27 percent from last year's September.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Poland (32 nights).

850 rooms (-31.2 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 790 rooms (+5.0 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 11,400 registered bed nights (-14.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 840 (-52.2 %) for foreigners in Åtvidaberg, in total 12,300 (-19.0 %) registered nights.

Total of 3.1 million registered bed nights (-30.6 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.7 million nights (-19.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 441,000 nights (-61.9 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Åtvidaberg out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.

1,300 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 40 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 94.6 percent were domestic, and 5.4 percent were from foreign countries.

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Åtvidaberg on average 1.6 nights (+0.24) and foreigners 4.1 nights (+2.0).
