In December 2019, 2,800 bed nights were recorded in Borgholm (+46.0 %), of which 2,500 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 340 nights by foreigners. Domestic bed nights increased 37 percent and foreign bed nights increased 172 percent. In total, bed nights increased 46 percent from last year's December.
470 rooms (-13.2 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 320 rooms (-19.4 %) by business visitors.
Between January and December, 909,000 bed nights (-2.8 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 108,000 (+7.1 %) for foreigners in Borgholm, in total 1.0 million (-1.8 %) nights.
