Registered bed nights increased 38 percent

In May 2021, 9,500 registered bed nights were recorded in Borlänge (+38.5 %), of which 9,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 460 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 43 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 11 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 38 percent from last year's May.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from United States (174 nights).

2,300 rooms (+111.3 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 3,000 rooms (+6.1 %) by business visitors.

Between January and May, 93,800 registered bed nights (-7.3 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 2,700 (-34.1 %) for foreigners in Borlänge, in total 96,500 (-8.4 %) registered nights.
