Paid bed nights

Registered bed nights increased 68 percent

In June 2022, 18,800 registered bed nights were recorded in Borlänge (+68.3 %), of which 15,200 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 3,600 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 44 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 500 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 68 percent from last year's June.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (2,000 nights).

5,100 rooms (+120.6 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 4,600 rooms (+49.6 %) by business visitors.

Between January and June, 149,000 registered bed nights (+42.2 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 9,900 (+202.5 %) for foreigners in Borlänge, in total 158,000 (+47.1 %) registered nights.
