In January 2021, 542,000 registered bed nights were recorded in Dalarna County (-16.4 %), of which 532,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 10,500 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased five percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 88 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 16 percent from last year's January.
Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Denmark (1,700 nights).
55,200 rooms (-16.7 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 17,500 rooms (-50.6 %) by business visitors.
