2,100 registered bed nights

In September 2020, 2,100 registered bed nights were recorded in Eda (-74.2 %), of which 1,200 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 960 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 76 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 72 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 74 percent from last year's September.

320 rooms (-69.5 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 177 rooms (-89.3 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 28,400 registered bed nights (+5.0 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 7,900 (-90.7 %) for foreigners in Eda, in total 36,300 (-67.4 %) registered nights.

Market share 0.1 percent

Total of 3.1 million registered bed nights (-30.6 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.7 million nights (-19.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 441,000 nights (-61.9 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Eda out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (-0.1 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.0 % and foreign bed nights 0.2 %.

1,100 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 79 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 57.9 percent were domestic, and 42.1 percent were from foreign countries.

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Eda on average 1.9 nights (-0.35) and foreigners 2.1 nights (+0.95).
