4,000 registered bed nights

In March 2020, 4,000 bed nights were recorded in Enköping (-36.1 %), of which 3,900 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 84 nights by foreigners. Domestic bed nights decreased 35 percent and foreign bed nights decreased 59 percent. In total, bed nights decreased 36 percent from last year's March.

330 rooms (-57.4 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 2,100 rooms (-32.9 %) by business visitors.

Between January and March, 14,000 bed nights (-12.5 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 320 (-42.4 %) for foreigners in Enköping, in total 14,400 (-13.5 %) nights.

Total of 2.8 million bed nights (-37.8 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.4 million nights (-33.7 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 405,000 nights (-54.3 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Enköping out of total bed nights was 0.1 % (0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.2 % and foreign bed nights 0.0 %.

2,300 tourists arrived to accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 35 percent compared to earlier year. Of all arrivals, 98.4 percent were domestic, and 1.6 percent were from foreign countries.

During March, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Enköping on average 1.7 nights (-0.01) and foreigners 2.3 nights (-0.63).
