In March 2020, 1,000 bed nights were recorded in Fagersta (-38.7 %), of which 920 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 104 nights by foreigners. Domestic bed nights decreased 36 percent and foreign bed nights decreased 56 percent. In total, bed nights decreased 39 percent from last year's March.

Most foreign bed nights were recorded for travelers from India (40 nights).

110 rooms (-27.2 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 740 rooms (-41.4 %) by business visitors.

Between January and March, 3,200 bed nights (-24.0 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 490 (-27.0 %) for foreigners in Fagersta, in total 3,700 (-24.4 %) nights.

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 46 percent compared to earlier year. Of all arrivals, 94.4 percent were domestic, and 5.6 percent were from foreign countries.
