Göteborg: Tourism in a nutshell

In September 2019, 339,000 bed nights were recorded in Göteborg (-0.4 %), of which 231,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 107,000 nights by foreigners. Domestic bed nights decreased less than one percent and foreign bed nights decreased one percent. In total, bed nights decreased less than one percent from last year's September.
104,000 rooms (+22.9 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 127,000 rooms (-1.5 %) by business visitors.
Between January and September, 2.3 million bed nights (+4.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 1.1 million (-0.3 %) for foreigners in Göteborg, in total 3.4 million (+3.1 %) nights.
