Registered bed nights increased 28 percent
In September 2021, 4,100 registered bed nights were recorded in Hagfors (+28.5 %), of which 3,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 1,100 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 22 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 51 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 28 percent from last year's September.
700 rooms (+14.1 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,500 rooms (+25.7 %) by business visitors.
Between January and September, 24,700 registered bed nights (+11.8 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 13,200 (+164.1 %) for foreigners in Hagfors, in total 37,900 (+39.9 %) registered nights.
Registered bed nights statistics include stats for registered accommodations: hotels, holiday villages, youth hostels, campsites, and commercially arranged rentals in private cottages and apartments. Establishments with fewer than 9 beds or 5 rooms are excluded.

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 28 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 82.4 percent were domestic, and 17.6 percent were from foreign countries.
During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Hagfors on average 1.7 nights (+0.01) and foreigners 2.9 nights (-0.52).
