Registered bed nights increased 52 percent

In April 2021, 3,100 registered bed nights were recorded in Hallstahammar (+52.4 %), of which 3,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 92 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 49 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 410 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 52 percent from last year's April.

161 rooms (+198.1 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,100 rooms (+50.6 %) by business visitors.

Between January and April, 9,000 registered bed nights (+13.3 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 143 (-2.7 %) for foreigners in Hallstahammar, in total 9,200 (+13.0 %) registered nights.

Total of 2.6 million registered bed nights (+102.2 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.3 million nights (+103.3 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 218,000 nights (+90.8 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Hallstahammar out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (-0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.0 %.

970 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 75 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 97.8 percent were domestic, and 2.2 percent were from foreign countries.

During April, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Hallstahammar on average 3.2 nights (-0.52) and foreigners 4.4 nights (+2.4).
