3,100 registered bed nights

In September 2020, 3,100 registered bed nights were recorded in Hallstahammar (-19.6 %), of which 3,100 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 38 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased eight percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 93 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 20 percent from last year's September.

154 rooms (-84.8 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,500 rooms (+101.5 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 50,100 registered bed nights (-1.9 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 450 (-92.7 %) for foreigners in Hallstahammar, in total 50,600 (-11.7 %) registered nights.

Total of 3.1 million registered bed nights (-30.6 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.7 million nights (-19.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 441,000 nights (-61.9 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Hallstahammar out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.0 %.

1,200 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 22 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 98.2 percent were domestic, and 1.8 percent were from foreign countries.

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Hallstahammar on average 2.6 nights (+0.31) and foreigners 1.7 nights (-4.1).
