Haninge: Tourism in a nutshell
Registered accommodation. All changes are relative to the same period a year ago.
Registered bed nights increased 98 percent
In May 2022, 20,900 registered bed nights were recorded in Haninge (+97.8 %), of which 17,900 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 3,000 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 79 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 460 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 98 percent from last year's May.
4,100 rooms (+71.9 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 6,300 rooms (+279.4 %) by business visitors.
Between January and May, 52,400 registered bed nights (+75.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 7,600 (+252.4 %) for foreigners in Haninge, in total 60,000 (+87.6 %) registered nights.
Registered bed nights statistics include stats for registered accommodations: hotels, holiday villages, youth hostels and campsites. Establishments with fewer than 9 beds or 5 rooms are excluded.

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 164 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 89.6 percent were domestic, and 10.4 percent were from foreign countries.
During May, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Haninge on average 1.6 nights (-0.63) and foreigners 2.3 nights (-0.16).
