3,900 registered bed nights

In November 2019, 3,900 registered bed nights were recorded in Härnösand (-3.1 %), of which 3,500 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 370 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased nine percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 150 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased three percent from last year's November.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Netherlands (149 nights).

1,100 rooms (-9.5 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,800 rooms (-10.8 %) by business visitors.

Between January and November, 58,200 registered bed nights (+1.5 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 9,800 (+3.4 %) for foreigners in Härnösand, in total 68,000 (+1.8 %) registered nights.

Length of stay in registered accommodation increased eight percent compared to earlier year. In Härnösand, length of stay in November was on average 1.9 nights and in Sweden 1.8 nights (+0.6 %).

During November, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Härnösand on average 1.8 nights (+5.7 %) and foreigners 3.3 nights (-5.9 %).

2,100 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 11 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 94.6 percent were domestic, and 5.4 percent were from foreign countries.
