Registered bed nights increased two percent

In September 2018, 3,300 registered bed nights were recorded in Hjo (+2.2 %), of which 2,700 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 590 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 39 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 54 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased two percent from last year's September.

420 rooms (-29.3 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 600 rooms (+28.9 %) by business visitors.

The market share of Hjo out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.

Length of stay increased seven percent in registered accommodation

Length of stay in registered accommodation increased seven percent compared to earlier year. In Hjo, length of stay in September was on average 1.9 nights and in Sweden 1.9 nights (+0.8 %).

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Hjo on average 1.9 nights and foreigners 2.1 nights .
