22,000 registered bed nights

In July 2020, 22,000 registered bed nights were recorded in Hjo (-9.0 %), of which 21,900 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 97 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 44 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 99 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased nine percent from last year's July.

1,700 rooms (-3.9 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,000 rooms (+14.8 %) by business visitors.

The market share of Hjo out of total registered bed nights was 0.2 % (+0.1 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.2 % and foreign bed nights 0.0 %.

Length of stay was 2.1 nights in registered accommodation

Length of stay in registered accommodation decreased 17 percent compared to earlier year. In Hjo, length of stay in July was on average 2.1 nights and in Sweden 2.4 nights (-0.2 %).
