7,500 registered bed nights

In September 2020, 7,500 registered bed nights were recorded in Höganäs (-3.0 %), of which 6,200 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 1,300 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 14 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 44 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased three percent from last year's September.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Denmark (800 nights).

2,200 rooms (+24.8 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 410 rooms (-63.9 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 106,000 registered bed nights (+24.4 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 8,400 (-69.0 %) for foreigners in Höganäs, in total 115,000 (+2.0 %) registered nights.

Total of 3.1 million registered bed nights (-30.9 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.7 million nights (-20.1 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 436,000 nights (-62.3 %) by foreigners.

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Höganäs on average 2.2 nights (+15.7 %) and foreigners 3.8 nights (-34.0 %).

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 11 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 89.6 percent were domestic, and 10.4 percent were from foreign countries.
