Registered bed nights increased 33 percent

In September 2021, 9,900 registered bed nights were recorded in Höör (+33.3 %), of which 8,900 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 1,100 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 37 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased eight percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 33 percent from last year's September.

1,400 rooms (+23.2 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,900 rooms (+43.1 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 82,800 registered bed nights (+20.2 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 9,000 (+103.5 %) for foreigners in Höör, in total 91,800 (+25.2 %) registered nights.

Total of 4.1 million registered bed nights (+30.6 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 3.4 million nights (+24.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 723,000 nights (+65.9 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Höör out of total registered bed nights was 0.2 % (0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.3 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.

5,000 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 16 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 92.1 percent were domestic, and 7.9 percent were from foreign countries.

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Höör on average 1.9 nights (+0.32) and foreigners 2.7 nights (-0.99).
