Paid bed nights

Registered bed nights increased 15 percent

In May 2021, 6,700 registered bed nights were recorded in Hudiksvall (+14.9 %), of which 6,200 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 530 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 19 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 17 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 15 percent from last year's May.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (148 nights).

1,100 rooms (+61.5 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,900 rooms (+51.7 %) by business visitors.

Between January and May, 18,100 registered bed nights (-4.2 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 2,200 (-33.0 %) for foreigners in Hudiksvall, in total 20,300 (-8.5 %) registered nights.
