Registered bed nights increased 81 percent

In September 2020, 3,400 registered bed nights were recorded in Hylte (+80.8 %), of which 3,300 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 109 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 112 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 67 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 81 percent from last year's September.

240 rooms (-26.6 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 320 rooms (+27.6 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 29,600 registered bed nights (+23.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 1,400 (-86.1 %) for foreigners in Hylte, in total 31,000 (-8.7 %) registered nights.

Market share 0.1 percent

Total of 3.1 million registered bed nights (-30.6 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.7 million nights (-19.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 441,000 nights (-61.9 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Hylte out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (+0.1 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.0 %.

1,700 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 46 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 96.6 percent were domestic, and 3.4 percent were from foreign countries.

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Hylte on average 2.0 nights (+0.51) and foreigners 1.9 nights (-0.7).
