In July 2020, 7,200 registered bed nights were recorded in Iisalmi (-37.7 %), of which 6,900 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 310 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 32 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 78 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 38 percent from last year's July.
5,600 nights (-37.7 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 1,600 nights (-37.4 %) by business visitors.
Between January and July, 26,100 registered bed nights (-38.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 2,600 (-57.2 %) for foreigners in Iisalmi, in total 28,700 (-41.0 %) registered nights.
Registered bed nights statistics include stats for registered accommodations: hotels, motels, guest houses, hostels, holiday villages and campsites. Establishments with fewer than 20 beds or caravan lots with an electrical connection point are excluded.
