Registered bed nights increased 112 percent

In November 2021, 173,000 registered bed nights were recorded in Innlandet (+112.2 %), of which 159,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 13,400 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 104 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 280 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 112 percent from last year's November.

57,400 nights (+152.4 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 34,300 nights (+141.6 %) by business visitors.

Between January and November, 2.9 million registered bed nights (+21.1 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 175,000 (-51.1 %) for foreigners in Innlandet, in total 3.1 million (+11.8 %) registered nights.

Market share 8.6 percent

Total of 2.0 million registered bed nights (+132.5 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 1.8 million nights (+133.8 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 247,000 nights (+123.6 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Innlandet out of total registered bed nights was 8.6 % (-0.8 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 9.1 % and foreign bed nights 5.4 %.

72,900 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 183 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 94.6 percent were domestic, and 5.4 percent were from foreign countries.

During November, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Innlandet on average 2.3 nights (-0.8) and foreigners 3.4 nights (-1.3).

Accommodation sales 77.9 million crowns

Registered accommodation sales in November were 77.9 million crowns (+52.4 million).

Registered January-November sales were 806.5 million crowns and they increased 103.0 million euro from the previous year.
