112,000 registered bed nights

In September 2020, 112,000 registered bed nights were recorded in Jönköping County (-16.4 %), of which 94,700 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 17,000 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased six percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 48 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 16 percent from last year's September.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (9,800 nights).

Between January and September, 869,000 registered bed nights (-15.9 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 123,000 (-72.5 %) for foreigners in Jönköping County, in total 992,000 (-33.0 %) registered nights.

Market share 3.6 percent

Total of 3.1 million registered bed nights (-30.6 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.7 million nights (-19.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 441,000 nights (-61.9 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Jönköping County out of total registered bed nights was 3.6 % (+0.6 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 3.5 % and foreign bed nights 3.8 %.
