In February 2020, 72,300 bed nights were recorded in Jönköping County (-13.7 %), of which 60,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 12,300 nights by foreigners. Domestic bed nights decreased two percent and foreign bed nights decreased 45 percent. In total, bed nights decreased 14 percent from last year's February.
Most foreign bed nights were recorded for travelers from Denmark (4,000 nights).
Between January and February, 124,000 bed nights (-1.4 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 23,600 (-32.7 %) for foreigners in Jönköping County, in total 147,000 (-8.3 %) nights.
Registered bed nights statistics include stats for registered accommodations: hotels, holiday villages, youth hostels, campsites, and commercially arranged rentals in private cottages and apartments. Establishments with fewer than 9 beds or 5 rooms are excluded.
