Registered bed nights increased four percent (March)

In March 2021, 5,900 bed nights were recorded in Kalajoki (+4.2 %), of which 5,900 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 11 nights by foreigners. Domestic bed nights increased 17 percent and foreign bed nights decreased 98 percent. In total, bed nights increased four percent from last year's March.

Most foreign bed nights were recorded for travelers from Ireland (7.0 nights).

4,000 nights (+37.1 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 1,900 nights (-31.0 %) by business visitors.

Between January and March, 13,800 bed nights (-16.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 189 (-90.4 %) for foreigners in Kalajoki, in total 14,000 (-24.5 %) nights.
