Registered bed nights increased 14 percent

In October 2021, 8,800 registered bed nights were recorded in Karlshamn (+13.6 %), of which 6,900 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 1,900 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased four percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 73 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 14 percent from last year's October.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (740 nights).

2,000 rooms (+18.9 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 2,600 rooms (+32.5 %) by business visitors.

Between January and October, 110,000 registered bed nights (-4.1 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 22,000 (+131.1 %) for foreigners in Karlshamn, in total 132,000 (+6.3 %) registered nights.
