Registered bed nights increased 38 percent

In September 2020, 3,900 registered bed nights were recorded in Kinda (+37.8 %), of which 3,300 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 610 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 28 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 142 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 38 percent from last year's September.

1,400 rooms (+195.8 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,000 rooms (-20.1 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 33,300 registered bed nights (+1.9 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 2,500 (-72.7 %) for foreigners in Kinda, in total 35,800 (-14.4 %) registered nights.

Market share 0.1 percent

Total of 3.1 million registered bed nights (-30.6 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.7 million nights (-19.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 441,000 nights (-61.9 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Kinda out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (+0.1 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.

2,400 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 18 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 92.8 percent were domestic, and 7.2 percent were from foreign countries.

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Kinda on average 1.5 nights (+0.16) and foreigners 3.6 nights (+0.76).
