Registered bed nights increased 61 percent

In February 2023, 1,600 registered bed nights were recorded in Kinda (+61.3 %), of which 1,500 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 86 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 94 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 60 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 61 percent from last year's February.

370 rooms (+167.2 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 740 rooms (+237.2 %) by business visitors.

Between January and February, 2,600 registered bed nights (+72.4 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 126 (-59.1 %) for foreigners in Kinda, in total 2,800 (+50.4 %) registered nights.

Length of stay was 2.0 nights in registered accommodation

Length of stay in registered accommodation decreased 23 percent compared to earlier year. In Kinda, length of stay in February was on average 2.0 nights and in Sweden 1.9 nights (-5.0 %).

During February, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Kinda on average 2.0 nights (-20.0 %) and foreigners 2.8 nights (-71.9 %).

810 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 110 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 96.2 percent were domestic, and 3.8 percent were from foreign countries.
