9,200 bed nights in paid accommodation
Total of 9,200 bed nights (+1.6 %) were recorded in paid accommodation in Kokkola in November 2018. This figure includes bed nights at registered establishments as well as at AirBnB and Vrbo. The share of registered bed nights was 90 % and non-registered 9.7 %.
Between January and November, the number of paid bed nights was 123,000 (+3.0 %). Share of registered was 93 % and non-registered 7.4 %.

In November 2018, 8,300 registered bed nights were recorded in Kokkola (-2.8 %), of which 7,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 1,300 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased four percent and registered foreign bed nights increased five percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased three percent from last year's November.

Total accommodation sales in November were 657,000 euro (+5,300). The share of Airbnb and Vrbo was 4.0 percent. Therefore, registered accommodation sales were 631,000 euro (-6,200) and non-registered sales 26,600 euro (+11,400).
Total January-November sales were 7.2 million euro and they increased 315,000 euro from the previous year.
