9,000 registered bed nights

In September 2020, 9,000 registered bed nights were recorded in Kramfors (-7.9 %), of which 8,200 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 760 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased less than one percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 51 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased eight percent from last year's September.

1,900 rooms (+19.4 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,400 rooms (-48.0 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 99,900 registered bed nights (+2.4 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 5,400 (-70.2 %) for foreigners in Kramfors, in total 105,000 (-9.0 %) registered nights.

Market share 0.3 percent

Total of 3.1 million registered bed nights (-30.6 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.7 million nights (-19.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 441,000 nights (-61.9 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Kramfors out of total registered bed nights was 0.3 % (+0.1 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.3 % and foreign bed nights 0.2 %.

5,100 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 25 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 92.8 percent were domestic, and 7.2 percent were from foreign countries.

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Kramfors on average 1.7 nights (-0.59) and foreigners 2.1 nights (-0.62).
