Paid bed nights

Registered bed nights increased 127 percent

In December 2021, 2,700 registered bed nights were recorded in Kramfors (+126.8 %), of which 2,500 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 280 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 124 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 155 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 127 percent from last year's December.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Poland (145 nights).

710 rooms (+96.1 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 950 rooms (+192.0 %) by business visitors.

Between January and December, 125,000 registered bed nights (+16.2 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 13,800 (+111.8 %) for foreigners in Kramfors, in total 138,000 (+21.7 %) registered nights.

Total of 3.4 million registered bed nights (+85.2 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.8 million nights (+74.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 553,000 nights (+166.0 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Kramfors out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.0 %.

Length of stay was 1.7 nights in registered accommodation

Length of stay in registered accommodation decreased eight percent compared to earlier year. In Kramfors, length of stay in December was on average 1.7 nights and in Sweden 2.1 nights (-24.9 %).

During December, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Kramfors on average 1.6 nights (-5.3 %) and foreigners 4.9 nights (+12.3 %).

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 147 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 96.5 percent were domestic, and 3.5 percent were from foreign countries.
