Paid bed nights

Registered bed nights increased 20 percent

In October 2020, 4,500 registered bed nights were recorded in Kristinehamn (+19.6 %), of which 4,300 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 179 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 35 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 68 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 20 percent from last year's October.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Norway (74 nights).

1,000 rooms (+39.7 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 630 rooms (-42.0 %) by business visitors.

Between January and October, 49,200 registered bed nights (-14.0 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 4,100 (-87.6 %) for foreigners in Kristinehamn, in total 53,300 (-41.0 %) registered nights.
