Registered bed nights increased 37 percent (May)

In May 2019, 1,700 registered bed nights were recorded in Kumla (+37.2 %), of which 1,500 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 161 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 51 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 26 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 37 percent from last year's May.

164 rooms (-27.1 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 540 rooms (+122.4 %) by business visitors.

Length of stay in registered accommodation decreased 15 percent compared to earlier year. In Kumla, length of stay in May was on average 1.6 nights and in Sweden 1.8 nights (-5.1 %).
