Paid bed nights

Registered bed nights increased 20 percent

In November 2021, 8,100 registered bed nights were recorded in Landskrona (+20.2 %), of which 7,300 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 830 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 30 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 28 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 20 percent from last year's November.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Finland (300 nights).

1,600 rooms (+41.3 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 2,300 rooms (+74.8 %) by business visitors.

Between January and November, 153,000 registered bed nights (-0.6 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 14,900 (+1.3 %) for foreigners in Landskrona, in total 168,000 (-0.4 %) registered nights.

Total of 3.7 million registered bed nights (+134.9 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 3.1 million nights (+133.0 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 575,000 nights (+145.8 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Landskrona out of total registered bed nights was 0.2 % (-0.2 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.2 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.

Length of stay was 2.4 nights in registered accommodation

Length of stay in registered accommodation decreased 60 percent compared to earlier year. In Landskrona, length of stay in November was on average 2.4 nights and in Sweden 1.8 nights (-21.7 %).

During November, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Landskrona on average 2.3 nights (-19.9 %) and foreigners 4.1 nights (+8.1 %).

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 199 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 94.0 percent were domestic, and 6.0 percent were from foreign countries.
