In August 2020, 10,400 registered bed nights were recorded in Lidingö (-41.8 %), of which 9,800 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 580 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 37 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 76 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 42 percent from last year's August.
3,000 rooms (-16.7 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 3,800 rooms (-49.7 %) by business visitors.
Between January and August, 48,700 registered bed nights (-46.2 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 2,600 (-79.5 %) for foreigners in Lidingö, in total 51,400 (-50.3 %) registered nights.

Length of stay in registered accommodation increased seven percent compared to earlier year. In Lidingö, length of stay in August was on average 2.2 nights and in Sweden 2.3 nights (+6.0 %).
During August, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Lidingö on average 2.2 nights (+12.1 %) and foreigners 2.4 nights (-6.7 %).
