9,700 registered bed nights

In January 2022, 9,700 registered bed nights were recorded in Lidingö (-6.6 %), of which 9,500 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 200 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased four percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 61 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased seven percent from last year's January.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Norway (29 nights).

Total of 2.3 million registered bed nights (+4.9 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 1.9 million nights (-4.7 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 399,000 nights (+105.1 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Lidingö out of total registered bed nights was 0.4 % (-0.1 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.5 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.

Length of stay was 1.3 nights in registered accommodation

Length of stay in registered accommodation decreased 13 percent compared to earlier year. In Lidingö, length of stay in January was on average 1.3 nights and in Sweden 2.1 nights (-36.1 %).
