Registered bed nights increased 310 percent (May)
In May 2021, 6,700 registered bed nights were recorded in Lieksa (+313.7 %), of which 6,600 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 132 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 310 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 2,100 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 310 percent from last year's May.
5,900 nights (+290.0 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 840 nights (+614.0 %) by business visitors.
Between January and May, 30,500 registered bed nights (+88.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 480 (-81.6 %) for foreigners in Lieksa, in total 31,000 (+64.8 %) registered nights.
