1,500 registered bed nights

In September 2020, 1,500 registered bed nights were recorded in Mark (-25.8 %), of which 1,400 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 66 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 13 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 82 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 26 percent from last year's September.

620 rooms (+13.6 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 320 rooms (-49.8 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 10,400 registered bed nights were recorded for domestic visitors and 660 for foreigners in Mark, in total 11,100 registered nights.

Total of 3.1 million registered bed nights (-30.6 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.7 million nights (-19.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 441,000 nights (-61.9 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Mark out of total registered bed nights was 0.0 % (0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.0 %.

770 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 40 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 95.3 percent were domestic, and 4.7 percent were from foreign countries.

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Mark on average 1.9 nights (+0.48) and foreigners 1.8 nights (-0.61).
