In May 2021, 2,400 registered bed nights were recorded in Markaryd (+79.8 %), of which 2,200 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 167 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 73 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 260 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 80 percent from last year's May.
