Registered bed nights increased 230 percent

In May 2021, 9,800 registered bed nights were recorded in Mölndal (+232.4 %), of which 9,200 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 650 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 220 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 390 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 230 percent from last year's May.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from United States (195 nights).

3,500 rooms (+262.4 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 3,500 rooms (+131.1 %) by business visitors.

Between January and May, 33,000 registered bed nights (+10.4 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 1,800 (-64.5 %) for foreigners in Mölndal, in total 34,800 (-0.3 %) registered nights.
