18,500 registered bed nights

In June 2020, 18,500 registered bed nights were recorded in Mora (-46.0 %), of which 17,800 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 680 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 29 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 93 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 46 percent from last year's June.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (350 nights).

2,000 rooms (-56.4 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 880 rooms (-41.2 %) by business visitors.

Between January and June, 89,000 registered bed nights (-18.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 5,600 (-67.0 %) for foreigners in Mora, in total 94,600 (-25.1 %) registered nights.

Total of 3.7 million registered bed nights (-48.4 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 3.4 million nights (-32.3 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 257,000 nights (-87.6 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Mora out of total registered bed nights was 0.5 % (0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.5 % and foreign bed nights 0.3 %.

8,400 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 51 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 96.0 percent were domestic, and 4.0 percent were from foreign countries.

During June, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Mora on average 2.2 nights (+0.17) and foreigners 2.0 nights (+0.1).
