Registered bed nights increased 68 percent
In April 2022, 17,600 registered bed nights were recorded in Mora (+67.7 %), of which 16,500 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 1,000 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 63 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 230 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 68 percent from last year's April.
Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Norway (300 nights).
2,200 rooms (+83.3 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 2,100 rooms (+77.6 %) by business visitors.
Between January and April, 77,200 registered bed nights (+46.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 7,900 (+333.2 %) for foreigners in Mora, in total 85,100 (+56.3 %) registered nights.
Registered bed nights statistics include stats for registered accommodations: hotels, holiday villages, youth hostels and campsites. Establishments with fewer than 9 beds or 5 rooms are excluded.
