Paid bed nights

Registered bed nights increased 21 percent

In October 2018, 4,600 registered bed nights were recorded in Motala (+21.0 %), of which 4,100 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 530 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 16 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 89 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 21 percent from last year's October.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Czech Republic (120 nights).

500 rooms (-45.6 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 2,000 rooms (+21.6 %) by business visitors.

Between January and October, 72,800 registered bed nights (-0.3 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 14,800 (+23.2 %) for foreigners in Motala, in total 87,700 (+3.0 %) registered nights.
