Registered bed nights increased 89 percent

In April 2021, 1,500 registered bed nights were recorded in Mullsjö (+88.6 %), of which 1,500 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 30 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 89 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 76 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 89 percent from last year's April.

130 rooms (-11.9 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 330 rooms (+40.2 %) by business visitors.

Between January and April, 6,900 registered bed nights (+28.4 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 95 (-70.9 %) for foreigners in Mullsjö, in total 7,000 (+22.8 %) registered nights.

Total of 2.6 million registered bed nights (+102.2 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.3 million nights (+103.3 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 218,000 nights (+90.8 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Mullsjö out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (-0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.0 %.

710 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 135 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 97.6 percent were domestic, and 2.4 percent were from foreign countries.

During April, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Mullsjö on average 2.1 nights (-0.5) and foreigners 1.8 nights (-1.6).
